New for 2025 is the SCCA Southeast Division Solo Series, and the TRSCCA is excited to be a series event host!
The series is open to anyone that is a regular member of any SEDiv Region (weekend members aren’t eligible) whether their region is having events that are designated as series events or not.
To qualify for an award, you will have to attend at least 4 events in at least 2 different regions as well as at least one of the SEDiv National Tour events: Red Hills, Charlotte, or Bristol. The tour events do not count as a second region. If you attend more than the minimum, your top 4 regional and top 1 tour results will count and the rest will be dropped.

Event requirements
Passengers (age 18+) must sign the Event Waiver before riding and wear an approved helmet.
MINORS: Children ages 12-17 in any "hot area" (Driver, Passenger, or walking in Grid) must have a DIGITAL Minor Annual Waiver FOR THE 2025 CALENDAR YEAR on file with the SCCA and their parents or legal guardians *must be present* at the event. (PAPER Minor Annual Waivers are no longer accepted)

Waivers must be on file no later than two days BEFORE the event to allow for processing
Note: 2025 schedule is 30 minutes earlier than 2024 to allow more time on track!
7:00a - Gates Open
7:00a to 8:30a - Registration Check In & Vehicle Safety Inspection (Tech Inspection)
8:00a - Course open for walking
8:30a - Novice Course Walk
9:00a - Drivers Safety Meeting
9:15a - First Heat to Grid
9:30a - First Car Off! Course Hot
~4:00p - Awards
*A lunch break will be added to the schedule if time allows, this will be announced during the drivers meeting.
All times are subject to change. We recommend all competitors arrive on site between 7:00a and 8:00a to ensure enough time to prepare. If you arrive after registration and Tech has closed, there will be a $5 dollar charge to have your car inspected. No cars will be accepted after the Drivers Safety Meeting has started.
The more people we have help clean up at the end of the day, the faster we can get to awards and home after the event. If you would like to help but are not sure of what you can do, please ask! All TRSCCA officers are more than willing to help and show you the ropes.
